Tuition fees of €8,700 per child.
Payment is made by direct debit, with legal guardians able to choose from three payment options:

• The ‘Sérénité’ option (over 12 months): A flat rate of €725 per month, debited from July to June. This option is subject to the payment, upon signing, of a security deposit equivalent to two months’ instalments, i.e. €1,450.


• The ‘Scolaire’ option (over 10 months): Payments aligned with the school calendar, i.e. €870 per month from September to June. This option is subject to the payment, upon signing, of a security deposit equivalent to two months’ instalments, i.e. €1,740.
• Quarterly payment plan: Payment split in line with the academic term structure:
  – Term 1 (September to November – 3 months): €2,610
  – Term 2 (December to February – 3 months): €2,610
  – Term 3 (March to June – 4 months): €3,480 This option is subject to the payment, upon signing, of a security deposit equivalent to two months’ instalment, i.e. €1,450.

Additional services:

• Study and cultural trips

• Textbooks and school books (depending on the pupil’s year group and level)

• Individualised language support (30 hours) (English or French): €450 per year

• External examination fees: €150 per year, payable upon registration for the following certification examinations:
– Cambridge: officially recognised, internationally accredited English language exams.
– Cervantes: official Spanish language exams (DELE) certifying your language proficiency.
– HSK / YCT: official Mandarin Chinese exams developed under the authority of the Chinese Ministry of Education (YCT for younger pupils, HSK for advanced learners).

Deadlines and penalties
In the event of withdrawal during the academic year, two months’ written notice must be sent to the school office with acknowledgement of receipt.
Any payment default will result in a 10 per cent surcharge on school fees for the period in question.
Any payment delay exceeding 30 days will result in the pupil’s exclusion.
Full details of these terms and conditions will be set out in the 2026–2027 Financial Regulations, which will be sent to you at a later date.

The Genesis International School Solidarity and Merit Fund
Genesis International School is committed to ensuring that financial considerations do not hinder the development of the talents that God has entrusted to each child. Through its governing body, the school has established a scheme of financial support in the form of scholarships.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria
The school’s scholarships are awarded by the School Council based on three main criteria:

• Academic merit and potential: Aimed at pupils demonstrating great intellectual acuity and exceptional academic ability, who require a tailored learning environment to flourish fully.
• Support and care for orphans: True to our duty of care and fraternity, the Council gives priority and the utmost compassionate attention to children who have lost a parent.
• Pastoral and social assessment: The School Council retains the final authority to assess any unique family or personal situation that may require compassionate support.

Regulatory framework and allocation

• Individual assessment: The award of a scholarship is by no means automatic. Each case is subject to a careful, fair and confidential review by the members of the Council.
• Quota system: To ensure the long-term viability of our school’s educational model, scholarships are awarded in proportion to the funds and places available, subject to a strict limit of 10 per cent of the total pupil intake (i.e. a maximum of one in ten pupils).
