Genesis International School becomes an official Cambridge exam preparation centre
We are proud to offer our students the opportunity to perfect their English language skills.
As an official Cambridge centre, their achievements are recognised internationally.
Congratulations to our entire team for their dedication and excellence, which have made this recognition possible!

MULTI’MOUV®: Boosting Memory and Concentration
At Genesis International School, we are proud to integrate the MULTI’MOUV® programme by Pédago’Vie into our curriculum.
Each class enjoys a 30-minute weekly session led by our trained team. Through fun activities with sandbags and bouncing balls, students develop memory, concentration, motor skills, and self-confidence.
The sessions are also open to non-GIS children on Thursdays from 5 pm to 6 pm, so everyone can benefit from this engaging programme.
This innovative approach reflects our commitment to combining academic learning with the holistic development of every child in a supportive and stimulating environment.

For the 2025/2026 academic year, Genesis International School is delighted to welcome Stacey Wilson-McMahon, a teacher who is passionate about both art and English.
Born in Germany to American parents, Stacey grew up in a multicultural environment rich in creativity. She inherited her artistic passion at an early age from her mother, an art teacher and renowned artist. After living abroad in various locations, from the United States to Paris and the Caribbean, Stacey earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design in Paris.
She developed advanced artistic expertise, particularly in calligraphy and mosaics, before choosing to pass on her love of languages and the arts. With teaching experience at the American School of Paris, she is also the author of the book Hello, I am Lily from New York City and co-author of the Hello Kids Teaching Guide.
At Genesis International School, Stacey will teach primary and secondary school students English and visual arts, help prepare them for Cambridge exams, and lead creative extracurricular activities.
Her arrival is a valuable asset that will enrich our educational programme and support the success of each student.

Starting in September 2025, Genesis International School in Tarnos is launching the Wednesday English Club, an innovative extracurricular activity conducted entirely in English and led by our English and visual arts teacher, Stacey Wilson-McMahon.
What is the Wednesday English Club?
Every Wednesday, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., children enjoy an afternoon of complete immersion in English, combining creative, scientific, manual and fun activities.
This extracurricular programme promotes:
• Natural English practice for children
• The development of creativity, curiosity and critical thinking
• Expression through art, technology and cooperation
The STEAM approach for active learning
The Wednesday English Club is based on the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) teaching method, which encourages learning through hands-on activities, discovery and creation.
Each session includes:
• Simple scientific experiments
• Creative engineering projects (models, constructions)
• Art workshops
• Learning English vocabulary adapted to immersion
Programme open to all children
The Wednesday English Club is open to all children, including those not enrolled at Genesis International School.
Schedule: every Wednesday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Tarnos (40).

At the start of the 2025 school year, Genesis International School will officially launch its parents’ association, Genesis Together. This organisation aims to strengthen ties between families, students and the school around values of solidarity and commitment.
Genesis International School is supporting this initiative by contributing €150 per family to the creation of the association, thereby encouraging active parental involvement from the very first year.
Genesis Together will organise events, support educational projects and set up a solidarity fund to assist families experiencing temporary difficulties (serious illness, death, separation, job loss), ensuring the continuity of their children’s education.
A dedicated section in the school newsletter will provide families with regular updates and invite them to actively participate in the life of the school community.
Join Genesis Together at the start of the 2025 school year to build a supportive and committed school together.
